They say "Honesty is the best Policy", but you see I really doubt this saying, considering the fact that truthful people are now rare. So I want to hear it from u people, How would you know if the person you are asking is telling the whole truth and nothing but the truth? No help of a lie detector or other ways except God. Go! :)

Generally, people look away when they tell a lie, and they also tend to touch their face. If you don't mind, though, a few questions for you: are you always truthful? And, do you suspect you are being lied to about casual things ("No, really, I loved hanging out with your college roommate!") or serious things ("No, really, I did not give your college roomie a handie.") Because, in general, if you can't trust a specific person, there's probably a good reason, but if you can't trust anyone than the problem is with you.

Ask mundane questions and then get to the real point, watch the eyes and body language, Compare with mundane questions. you may need to film this to do comparisons. Aggressive behavior and looking down or sideways indicate lies, but only in those not expecting the question that causes these symptoms.

You can watch his expressions, pupil dilations and his finger movement while talking. If he is just an ordinary person there will be fluctuations in any one of these. If he is a professional then I am afraid it will be hard to figure out if he is telling the truth or not.But as long as a normal person is concerned we can figure it out by his body language itself.

Look for avoidance behavior, eyes moving up the the right (creative) side, covering their body or mouth when they speak, irregular pauses in speech. Just get lied to enough and it becomes easier and easier to spot.
