The FIFA WC website lists the time for the Korean Republic at 3:00 AM.
You can check and make sure by going to the front page of the FIFA WC website (below). In the middle of the page, find today's match and there should be a time beside it. Click that and it will let you convert it into your timezone.
But it says 3 AM as the start time for the Korean Republic.

Dude go to fifaworldcup.com and where it says the time 20:00 and pice you time zone Korean republic and it will say 3:00 july 10
