Everyone who said George W is the worst is a freakin' moron... not because George W is a good president but because there are way worse presidents in history.
I've read from some that Warren G. Harding is pretty bad because he had scandals that would make George W's look like fluff. Grant was a raging alcholic and major anti-semite. James Buchanan was impotent to the pending Civil War. Andrew Jackson committed piles of atrocities against the Native Americans (and yet he's on the $20).
So yeah... there are other answers to this questions beside George W.
BTW, William Henry Harrison spent the least amount of time in Office -about a month before he died.

Admittedly most people will say Bush but that's just because they haven't read history. There are dozens of worse presidents in previous decades that caused more damage than Bush could if he tried.
Personally, I'd have to say Lincoln. He disregarded and broke dozens of laws and is guilty of war crimes. Second is Clinton because he tossed all morality out of the White House and started a decline that is still going.

Look at the news headlines recently. Bush, hands down. The world situation is a mess and he helped it along with his lies about Iraq. While I don't think Hussein should have been allowed to remain in power, lying was only stooping to his level. There are lots of other leaders who should be removed too but it's not the job of any one country to do so.

That's a tough question. It's a question that will stir allot of Opinions.
Most presidents are judged more by what happens during their presidency then by what they did.
To make a choice I would have to say James Garfield due to the fact he had the least time in office.

George W. Bush. He had made our country look bad in the face of the world, and he won't even admit it. He is a bad president, and probably a bad person.
