I just bought a sandisk e250 MP3 player. It is supposed to be plug and play, but when i plug it in, windows doesn't recognize it. The computer says that there is an "unknown USB device" connected to the PC. There are no drivers for this model, and I am at a loss. Please help me out.

Not familar with your particular MP3 player, but have you tried changing the modes to see if there's any difference?


MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode and MSC (Mass Storage Class) mode.
