having lived in both minnesota and arizona, i would pick the 10 degrees. you can always put more clothes on but only take so many off. however, as far as the summers go, it it were 100* i would take the 100 and the humidity of 90% in minnesota over the 100* and dry heat of phoenix any day.

I would have to answer that the 10 degrees would be more bearable...because with dropping temperatures a person can dress in order to compensate for the cold. But at 100 degrees, you can strip completely naked and still be miserable from the heat. The only way possible of escaping the heat, is by getting to an "air-conditioned" area.

If you mean Celsius, 10° most certainly :) You probably mean Fahrenheit though.
100 °F with 90% relative humidity corresponds to a dewpoint of 97 °F - which to my knowledge is the world record. Dewpoints above 80° are rare except at a few places. Even in Shreveport you'll probably never see anything above mid 80's - which would mean a relative humditiy of 60%. Alot of people talk about 100° and 100% humidity, but it doesn't ever happen.
10 °F is worse unless you are bundled up really well.

id rather go for 10 degrees. 100 degrees is way too unbearable, which you can get heat stroke, since there is high humidity. at 10 degrees, you can always cover up with layers of clothings. and besides, i like the cold better. if it was dry heat, i would probably choose 100 over 10.

100 degrees with 90 percent relative humidity corresponds to a heat index of 176 degrees Fahrenheit. Regardless of your dress or steps taken to alleviate the heat, exposure to this level of heat for any length of time is highly dangerous and likely fatal.
10 degrees is much more preferable.

I cant believe all the idiots dying quickly in the 10 degrees, unless they're experienced eskimos, or learn quickly. Clothing alone won't keep one warm after a long period of time. Just chill in some shade in the 100 and take a swim now and then, no problem, gimme a break.

100 degrees with little/no humidity would be easier for the body to bear than 10 degrees, because at some point, no matter how many clothes you have on, hypothermia would start to set it. I prefer the cold myself, but not this cold!

I'd rather it be 100 degrees even if I desperately need a shower at the end of the day. At least I can drink chilled Gatorade or whatever. If it was 10 degrees, I'd probably freeze to death.

100 degrees F is much more bearable. Humans originated in areas with very warm tempuratures....we are generally very well-suited for heat. Some obese people may actually prefer the 10F climate though (I know several obese people who wear shorts and sweat when the temperature is in the 20s)
