I'm pretty sure you mean Mark Waid...if so, he's touched a bit of almost everything.
He's a brilliant writer, so just about anything he's written is worth checking out. Kingdom Come is brilliant and really cool if you are into DC.

If you mean Mark Waid, "Kingdom Come" with Alex Ross. He also wrote "The Life Story of the Flash". Both are very good reads. You can find trade paperback collections of his run on The Flash at your local direct sales outlet or online. Try Midtown comics's web site, or Mile High Comics's site.

He also wrote the entire run of the dearly-departed "Ruse" (by the dearly-departed company CrossGen) and has written a run of the Fantastic Four.
