Herbal green tea with honey 3 times a day. Green tea has antioxidants and honey is an antiseptic. Go to walmart and get some Royal Jelly caplets. Take one twice a day.
Oh, and lots of filtered or spring water.

You don't need antibiotics if it's a cold. Cold = virus
Antibiotics kill bacteria. Only thing you can do is wait it out. Pain relievers for aches, water to keep you hydrated.
If it's a strep or some sort of throat infection, see you doctor.

Sounds like allergies. Wouldn't hurt to see a doctor to be on the safe side though.

Get Tropicana Orange Juice as it's full of Vitamin C.

"With bits" contains bits of Orange.
"Smooth" doesn't contain bits of Orange.

Works amazingly.
