This is way too involved to write about. I suggest you go to Scott Freseners website. Google his name. I think it's screenprintinginstitute.com or something like it. He has a book called "How to print t-shirts for fun and profit". This is the screen printing industy's bible. It is well worth the investment and will tell you all you need to know. I started a business from this book 15 years ago and couldn't have done it without this book.
