My advice is to keep the following :
1. Live Scorecard and commentry of matches
2. Update of rankings in popular sports (like cricket, football, tennis etc)
3. Music
4. Pleasant Wallparpers
5. nice colour
6. News update
7. E-mail account and Chatting if you want
8. Choose a font of letters which makes readers to read.
9. Try to keep any search engine
10. Also keep some Jokes (imp.) and good mind games
These are the top ten stuff that I like to view in a website.
If you really keep this kind of one please inform me about that.

I am a web developer too. It would be if there is a centralized site with references to all programming languages and software. It would be great to show the bugs (or otherwise known as the "undocumented features") in different patches in different softwares.
