Are there any free and legal mp3 sites?

I don't want to steal music, so I'd like some legal mp3s sites, please, preferably anime.

Anime? that's MPEG man, MP3 are sound files. MPEG is video, such as anime files. its hard to find any legal MPEG's or MP3s though, but just search up on Google. Truthfully i don't think you'll find any, sorry.
