It seems everytime I put on my favorite form-fitting t-shirts they seem to have gotten bigger and are no longer form-fitting. Is there any way to prevent it or reverse the affects?

there's no way to prevent this, avoid buying 100% cotton shirts, instead try to get 50% cotton and lycra, polyester...or anything stretchy, that's the only thing that will work

Yeah this happens to me sometimes too... my shirts seem to get slightly bigger when either im doing something real active or i wear it for a long period of time... My shirts that do that are usually 100% cotton, and the only thing i know to do to get them back to be more fitting, is by washing them and and putting them on normal or high heat when drying.. i dont know how to completely preven them from stretching though..sorry

dont use 100% cotton shirts. if you do, wash it like normal, stick it in the dryer for about 5 min, and then put it on a hanger to dry. it sort of works.

I rinse them with lukewarm water and lay it on a flat surface. Don't like hanging them as they tend to "lengthen" and "widen" in certain places. It works for me...
