Hi, I've done this a lot. What i do is do a computer search of all the cities and counties in the area. You will come up with their computer sites (put them in your favorites folder). Then find the personnel office site in each school district and see what opening they have. Many places have a user-to district application process so have your info ready. I can be a little grueling. You can usually sign off and finish up the process if you get a little tired. Follow your application with a phone call. It keeps YOU in their mind. They will forward your application to the specific schools or openings you are interested in. Don't over look surrounding counties as there are good pickin's out there too. W/S is a good and upcoming area. Best wishes!
