I'm having trouble with my chemistry project due on Monday and the teacher didn't say what it'ss about specifically and so I'm guessing it's about the body since some of the topics given were about the body

Well, sorry I can't be very specific since you (or your teacher) is not very specific. But if something, whether it be an organ, like your kidneys, or a hormone, like testosterone, is missing or is lower than normal, homeostasis is disturbed. If you are missing your kidneys, you will likely die. If you lack in testosterone, the female hormones, like estrogen and progesterone, might kick in instead and you may become effeminate. But, yes, if your body is missing something, more than likely it will cause harm or adverse effects.

a simple example , our body consists of 70% water , so if our body lose a lot of waters and didn't drink water to make up it, it will dry and have some serious issues and may be die within three days without water.
so vegetables and fruit having vitamins and minerals which are very important to keep the vital process of the human beings, also the white and red meats give the proteins to build the body, the dairy to have the calcium which is important to keep the bones from breaking .
