The NFC has taken major steps forward and with the loss of Steve Hutchinson and Joe Jurivicious, they have lost 2 of the offensive people responsible for their running and passing success.

Arizona has much improved this offseason and now with E.James there, Seattle will have to respect their running game. I look for these games to be a lot closer.

St. Louis will be better as well with Mike Martz being gone. They have always been a thorn in Seattle's side and I think that will be the same this year.

I still think SF is a weak team and Seattle, IF they are SB caliber will have no problem beating them.

Overall, I see Washington and Carolina as the class of the NFC. If Seattle doesn't get home field, they won't get back to the Super Bowl.

Wow, Lions and Browns. that is going out on a limb! you would possibly want to've placed a dollar or 2 down on that, because if it had easily befell, you would get a extremely large go back. in any case, don't sense so undesirable. My %. became the Broncos defeating the Panthers, and neither considered a spread of communities made the playoffs. acceptable this second, i'm keeping Indianapolis and New Orleans, with Peyton Manning and the Colts defeating his dad's previous crew. curiously, if that matchup takes position, it's going to be the first tremendous Bowl in which both contributors were "dome" communities.

No...They should have won Super Bowl XL....way too many bad calls...it was pathetic. But I don't think they can repeat what they did, their division got better, the NFC got better....They were 13-3 last season because they didn't really struggle on many hard opponents....then the NFC Champ game against my Panthers was sort of....settled from the start....Carolina without Foster and no #2 reciever...it was obvious Seattle had an upperhand over them too. This year...they wont do bad...they'll do pretty good again...but I don't see them making a 2nd run this year.

No, I believe that Carolina's defense along with a second legitimate receiving threat in Keyshawn Johnson will make them the next Superbowl champion.

To sum up everyone else's answer, PARODY rules the nfl. Many teams either should have been there last year because of one play that went wrong or injury. I'm glad to see the Seahawks made it though. Good luck to them.

They will definitely win the NFC West again but it is always tough to make it back to the Super Bowl especially now with the salary cap and free agency eliminating quality depth. I wouldn't count them out though.

No, its the Cowboys all the way. T.O. will take them there. Then they will kick his butt out of Dallas.
