I bet the person who sang that is not having any fun right now.
Of course, we all want a bit of fun in life, otherwise it would be a drudgery of an existence. But reality is, life is not fun all the time, maybe half of it is spent striving to have some fun at least. Depends on the personality and attitude of a person. Some have the capability to have fun no matter what situation they are in life, others are just plain dull and serious. So, it's a matter of choice to see the positive side of life.
