I can feel your pain! I had this problem for years until I had my last child. The doctor sewed me up a little bit too much and now sex is painful! I now have to buy kyjelly just to have vag intercourse, it really sucks. I tried preperation h in the past when this was an issue, and it helped(externally only). and then I found that oil based lubricant helps to create more friction, and even my husband noticed a difference. namely vaseline.
good luck girl, and try to not worry about it as much!

I know of no over the counter methods you can use...however I know that some doctors will tighten the muscles of the vaginial area...except it is an 'iffy' procedure, one nick in the wrong place can cause a loss of sensation in that area...in otherwords you won't feel your husband at all...

if you've already tried kegels, I'm not sure what other types of exercises you could do to target that area...instead why don't you and your husband work together to compensate by making your 'love making' sessions more pleasurable for you (ie, toys, certain positions that create more frictions - such as your legs tight together...games...etc).
if it's not actually affecting your sex life....then I can't see any other way that it would be a problem for you..?

A good place to find creams are Adult & Lingere stores, but I have no experience with them. Creams, not adult stores
