This can't be a serious question. Are we talking 5 on 5 or 1 on 1? No I don't mean the Bulls vs the Lakers. MJ had an understanding of team dynamics that Kobe does not. So that would favor MJ. Slam dunk contest...MJ. One on one, I think they had similar physical skills, but MJ could probably out think Kobe. Kobe's a great talent but he has not developed as much from the neck up. MJ in his prime was so intimidating that he could screw up anybodys game.
When it comes to the shoes, Money...It gotta be MJ.

...If you are talking about athletic talent, then it's Michael Jordan hands down. If you are talking about chutzpah, Kobe without a doubt. Any guy that can bang a chick in a hotel room, be accused of rape and buy his wife a big ol' gaudy ring and still play ball, has real cajones.
If that was some no-name guy who did that, he'd still be in jail trying to post bail.
