First you have to conform that are able to control over the game like save, delete and pause. Then after you can do any think which you want.

They are just save games! Hes played allot of games.
He hasn't actually put the games into his psp but saved the progress hes made in each of those games

All he did was downloaded games that were already played and distrubuted over a gameplay websites.
