A butterfly landing on a fairie's finger... Or a fairy with butterfly wings... There's a million options. Ask the tattoo artist you're planning on using to help you design one. They're always glad to help you get exactly the one you want. Don't settle for anything less!

If you don't know or can't decide then you probably shouldn't get one at this time. You can't wash them off if you don't like it or decide it isn't "you" a couple of years from now. Don't get me wrong, I have five tattoos and I am not against them. I just think you really need to know what you want for certain before you take that step. If you really like both you could get one now and get the other later. I have a butterfly on my ankle and I really like it, but my favorite is my hummingbird! I always wanted a fairy too.

You need to be the one to choose your tattoo because it will be something that you will have for the rest of your life. Make it something that has meaning for you. If the fairies mean something magical for you then that should be it if the butterflies mean freedom because they can be free with flight then that's good too. It just needs to be something of your chosing.

It should be a fairy pulling the wings off of a butterfly. (Fairies aren't nice, no matter what you've heard....)

Either one would be nice, it really depends on the artist who is doing the work, can he/she do faces? Butterflies are easier to draw. My question is why put in on your back. Then you can never see it yourself, and cannot see other people's reaction when they see it.

please let me say im 37 years old and i wanted a tat ever since i was 16 but i knew what ever i got was going to be what i wanted not what any one else thalt would look good so sweety you make sure you get what your heart says is for you because it stays for life mine is a lady hanging on a anchor draped in the us flag no nude

I think it should be an "exit only" sign with an arrow below it pointing straight down.
