Try Santee Alley in the Fashion District in downtown. It's an actual alley, located between Santee Street and Maple Avenue. The Alley starts on Olympic Boulevard and goes for two blocks, where it connects to the New Alley.

All kinds of good stuff down there.

TRY BUFFALO EXCHANGE OR CROSSROADS.

you can buy good name brand stuff at those places. they have a huge variety of tops, tshirt, skirts, Jeans, tops, dresses, designer hand bags, glasses. And the best part about going to both of those places everything is color coordinated. but yeah. I shop there. Those are the best places ever. And affordable.

For like 75% off original price. Some are new w/tags and some are used.
I think they have sites. check it out:
www.crossroads.com, www.buffaloexchange.com

Enjoy!

There is a section of downtown called the alley. A lot of people know about it. The cloths are cheap and nice. I live in Missouri now but that is one of the places i do miss. When I go back to visit I love going there. Take care

Down around Los Angeles Street and 8th Street there's a whole acre of wholesale businesses where you will find mostly Hong Kong and Korean duplicate merchandise. But, if you are judicious in your selections, you will find brand name merchandise as well.
