I am fairly new to all this and I want anothe good, easy to use messenger to use besides yahoo, any suggestions?

I use Msn Messnager, AIM and Yahoo and overall I lyke Yahoo better. But I would have to say MSN.

Looks like u ar some lazy fella like me. But I think Yahoo messenger is easier to use than MSN/Windows messenger and easier to load too. Also, Yahoo messenger introduces new features before any other IM, and it's completely intuitive! However each one has its own peculiar features.

I'm using both Yahoo and MSN, but I assure you Yahoo is the best.
NOTE: Yahoo Messenger is compatible to all other Yahoo services, and you can synchronize contacts with your mobile devices, MS Outlook etc.

With Trillian, you can have your AIM, MSN, and ICQ messengers all in one. It's not too good for file transfers, though.

yeah..u can use hotmail, rediffmail (for indians) and now even google talk is available as a messenger
