It will smoke untill the gas with oil is gone.
If you only put a little down the carb you might never notice anything
It could also foul the sparkplugs if you filled the tank.

2 cyckle engines use a gasoline/oil blend of about 30:1 or 40:1, the oil could foul up plugs, sensors, and heat up the catalytic converter pretty well too, but shouldn't do much damage. If the car won't start, try some carburetor cleaner to unfoul things, otherwise change (or clean) the spark plugs. Doubt you have done serious damage.

Your vehicle will smoke and run rough until you have burned out all the 2 cycle gas mix. After that it should be fine, but I would run a fuel cleaner through on your next tank of gas.

Don't worry about it. You said you primed it, which to me means you didn;t fill it up? I use to take my older premix gas from my motocross bikes and throw it in my truck every spring. It never bothered it any. We're talking a gallon or so. Just remember to fill up your tank with some Good Gas (93 or 94 octane).

Diesel Fuel is a completely different story!!
