to get the best results you should wait until the first day of your missed period.
some tests can give you a result up to 4-5 days before your missed period... but that really depends on what your luteal phase is like. if its long, then 4-5 days before your period would be accurate. if its short, 4-5 days before wont be enough time.
generally you should wait approx 12-14 days after conception to test... or on the first day of your missed period. whichever comes first :)
edit to add: a blood test WILL NOT tell you immediately after conceiving. blood tests will not show positive until approx 10 days after conception - no hormones are released or readable until after implantation which occurs approx 7-10 days after conception.
Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) is a hormone that is produced by the placenta of women who are pregnant. It is detectable in the blood and urine only within 10 days of fertilization. All blood tests can give you reliable results only after these first 10 days. After the fertilized egg implants, or attaches, to the inside of the uterus or other structure inside the mother, the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) rise rapidly.

do an early pregnancy test.5 days early. When I did mine, it was so faint but I saw it. My first day of cycle was Dec 13. Conceived on Dec 25 Christmas(that was the only day), and found out on my Birthday Jan 5. Today I am 29 5/7 weeks pregnant. GFood luck to you. They sell the cheap tests for a buck at the dollar store if you test a lot but the 5 day ones are $15 for 3 and those I did once a month because they were so expensive. Good Luck!

Usually in the morning when you first wake up. EPT is what I used and it was accurate. Typically when you first wake up in the morning only because there's a higher content of protein in th urine. They tell you that if men wear boxers your more prone to get pregnant and the more you do it the less likely you'll get pregnant.
Stress can hinder you from succeeding. You will know when it happens believe it or not. And yes your tummy will start to pucker.Your chemistry (body) changes every 7 years. I'm not a doctor but from my experience and others whom share similar incidents as you have that's what I've been told. If you are overweight try dropping like 15lbs that also has been a factor for some people. And when in doubt seek a medical opinion, it's not always the women that can't get pregnant maybe his sperm count is low ??? Follow up with you gynecologists by scheduling a consultation that way perhaps he can help you.

Ok anytime is a good time to get pregnant. This is how i got pregnant, right after he is threw lay on the bed with your legs close to or behind your head, and stay that way for about 5 to 10 mins. doing this it makes everything go where it should. It a crazy position but it works. and the best time to take a pregnancy test is in the morning right when you first get up cuz your hp is high at this time, even if your 2 weeks pregnant it will tell you.

There are pregnancy tests advertised on tv that they say you can take before your period is even due. But, I don't know how accurate they are. The changes in your body this early are very subtle and can often imitate the same symptoms as when you get your period. I had tender breasts, mild cramps and even a little spotting in the beginning of both pregnancies. I am wondering if you have spoken to your gynocologist about this. For one thing, it sounds like you are having too much sex. (Good for you...maybe not so much for conceiving.) I am not up to date on the latest information, but was told (back in the day) that when the man has too much sex, his sperm is weak as it doesn't have time to replenish fully.

the word is would not wood, wood is made out of trees, give it ten days after the last event before you test, even then it might not be long enough but you can get one of the two stick tests and if its no, keep the second test for a week later and try again, if no then get your partner tied to the bed and give it a go.

Usually until the day of your missed period you cant tell for sure. There may be some cramping but not necessarily. So in about 4 weeks you should be ble to find out with some certainity. In the mean time start taking prenatal vitamins. GOOD LUCK!!!

now adays our medical instruments are so advanced that, most of the things are possible,
there is one item available in pharmacy, its is called pregnancy test on urine, this test gives the result. This has to done only after seven days of conceiving, if this proves positive then you should always go to doctor get the blood check-up for pregnancy
