they are losers of course but they are winners as well....
i think only once they got into semifinals apart from this cup and they made a better participation than others such as Brazil and Argentina

You just hate Portugal because they reached further than England, and that other teams. I personally think that they have good players, not only Cristiano Ronaldo that is a lot mentioned but I don't really like his play style.
I like the play style of Deco, who is an excellent midfielder, and I think that without him, they wouldn't go that far. Also the goalie Ricardo who have been nominated in the top 3 goalies of the whole tournament, with Gianluigi Buffon (Italy) and Edwin Van del Sar (Holland).
Good team, that doesn't need any Cristiano Ronaldo to win, the team work of this team is great, and that is shown in results.
