My friends and I have already done the big things we have been planning for months this summer but now, we have nothing to do. We have no money, we can't go too far away from our houses for our parents, I don't think, will be willing to drive us everywhere. We can't think of anything else to do or think of anywhere to go. Any ideas for our poor minds??

Since you are asking a question like this it means you are looking for something and don't quite know what it is. You could try volunteering your time with some local organizations and do something to help out your town. This might not seem like a lot of fun at first, but the hidden advantage here is that you might uncover something new that you never imagined and this is a perfect way to find it. It could be an eye-opening experience and at the very least you could learn something tht might be worth a lot later on. You never know.

I don't know do kids still go biking, hiking, fishing, swimming, play ball or other games..football,soccer,basketball..(is there a park around)...do any of u have a pool table have parties at different people's houses and put some music on dance and play pool or something..there's always something u can find to do....That is really sad that u couldn't think of anything to do that doesn't cost money..i never had any trouble amusing myself when i was 14....of course i also did odd jobs so i had money.....but i knew how to find fun stuff to do even w/out money.......

have you done the old tried and true things???
toilet papering houses, duct taping streets (new to me) soaping lawns. Might not be real inventive or entrepanurial but they're fun to do.

my kids and i have been out at least once a week since school let out, doing some silly crap like that. and we skateboard after i get home with their friends, we spend lots of time listening to new music, checking out the latest releases at the local bookseller. maybe you all could learn to knit?? it's cheap and you could turn a buck on it.

find out if a local church has any summer camp programs or a summer youth group.

go to a comunity center, most have free things for teens to do during the day or at night.

go to the mall and window shop or just try on clothes for fun

volunteer at a church, shelter, humane society or charity(local of course)

since you're using the internet right now, why don't you guys use yahoo's free web page service to design your own webpage? perhaps for dog people to post pics and stories of their pets, or to share ghost stories/paranormal, something appropriate.

Use your imagination, and I hope I helped defeat your boredom! &hearts

Build a treehouse. Or do community service. Or clean a garage. Or take long walks and ask each other 20 questions. I remember doing all thsoe things when i was 14.

Libraries are still free. Start a book club. Each of you reads one book then does an oral report on it to the rest of the group. And it will help your poor mind.

Well for one thing, if you have no money, you really need to get a job. As for something to do, most things that are fun cost money these days, except for the funnest (ha ha). I always enjoyed fishing when I was younger.
