i can only find up to 10 in stock and 11 on preorder.

You have to wait for them to translate and print them, darlin'. It does take a bit of time you know. Either that, or buy them in Japanese, you can get up to volume 32 in Japanese I believe. http://www.sasugabooks.com carries them.
