As far as I can tell, aggression is society's greatest risk to itself. Do you think non-aggression can be learned, or even gentically engineered.

One point - everything in this world is learned since when child enter in this world s/he is having nothing in mind. If you have observed a child growing you will find that s/he learn each syllable, each word, each word, each para, each expression over period and Non-Aggression or Aggression is not different.

Now if a child can learn then why not a grown up.

So I will conclude that Non-Aggression can certainly be learned.

Yes. Buddhist learn it all the time.
