Apply on www.Fastweb.net and many other scholarship sites. There's tons of them, just do a quick Yahoo search, but I think Fastweb is one of the best. Also ask your guidance counselor and call the college(s) you're planning on applying to. Even if it involves writing an essay, just do it. It will be so much more worth it when it saves you money in the future on loans (where you pay back approximately $200 for every $100 you borrow depending on interest). And don't shy away from even the $50 ones. Every dollar counts when it comes to college!!! There's scholarships for everything you can imagine, so look carefully. You can get them for being left-handed, being part native-american, liking the color blue, having a father named Bob, and the list goes on! It's crazy! I know someone who got a $1000 scholarship for wearing a suit made of duct tape to their Senior prom!!!
Also try to stay in-state so you automatically get the state grant (Pennsylvania's state grant is $500 every semester). Join lots of clubs if you can too. National Honors Society gives a hefty scholarship as well. And ask your employers. For example Genuardi's (a supermarket in the Philadelphia region) gives away millions of dollars in scholarship to their employees every year. Make sure you fill out the FAFSA forms too, they will give you tons of Financial Aid options, including low interest loans if you need them.
GOOD LUCK!!!

You can find available ones on fastweb.com, www.scholarship.com, or by asking your school conselor. Then just follow the instructions to apply for the scholarships you qualify for.
