There is a yougn mother who I was helping out who left ex-lover due to abuse of some sort. In the end she got custody of the 15 month old who's dad is looking to kindnapp the baby. Mom still owes me money for babysitting.

all you can do is call the police when it happens. unfortunately the mother in question will have to press charges . she is the one that must have the guy arrested and she must get an order of protection from the courts. be very careful it sounds like a serious situation and someone could get hurt. the courts can be very helpful in these situations.

Don't get involved in this. She can take out a restraining order to keep him away if she wants. I'd forget about the money. It's not worth it. Stay away from these people. Bad news.

is it just the two of you who knew about this?cause you have to report this and the mother and child might be ut on a shelter and they're safe there and the police will search for that evil husband
