You can go to al-anon on line and take a quiz. Only you know the answers that will be asked on the quiz. Answer honestly and you will get an idea if its a problem or not. If it is go to an adult that you really trust and ask if they can help you stop. Admitting its a problem if it is ; is the first step to getting better. My dad would never admit it and his life was miserable along with making everyone who loved him miserable also. I will say a prayer for you. Good Luck.

if you drink alot and are in denial and you feel the urge to always have that drink..then maybe but if you feel that your not a heavy drinker and you are leading down that path then its time to stop and get help..dont be afraid to ask for help..alcohol is not good for you it can cause you to drive drunk and kill someone, hurt people/things,be violent,be very emotional...and other unhealthy things...get help!..and stop!..and try another way to get a "BUZZ"..try doing a talent that GOD has given you or try finding something else to do when its times that you feel to have a drink..drinking alcohol is slow suicide..its not healthy at all and dont think something bad could happen to you!...STAY AWAY FROM ALCOHOL AND DRUGS!..also maybe there is something that is deep down that you feel is a empty whole that you want to fill in with alcohol...go get help!GOD BLESS! AND GOOD LUCK 1...your better then that you can do all things through CHRIST which strengthens you :)

you do if you binge drink, if you drink first thing in the morning, if you have to have a drink to feel normal, if quitting makes your hands shake, if friends and family tell you you do---but go to an Al Anon or AA meeting to find out how other people have decided. If it interferes with your social, emotional or physical life then you have a problem. You probably know you have a problem or you wouldn't be asking.
