"IF", is the operative word. "IF", you slipped by the Secret Service, and actually succeeded in tackling Dubbya, your @$$ would be grass, and you know it. The Secret Service would put something on you that Ajax wouldn't take off, and you'd be doing some time in the slammer.
Speaking of being an idiot, you lack the grammatical skills and the grit to stand in his shoes. Your comedy is great, so stick to with it, and leave the politics to the big boys.

You're assuming that you'd get within 10 feet of President bush without being tackeled yourself, put in manacles and hauled off to the loony bin.
Assuming you DID make it to President Bush and DID, in fact tackle him "for being an idiot", most likely you would be arrested and tried for assault.
Personally, though, if you even tried it, I thisnk the idiot would be the tackle-er and not the tackle-ee

We need to Impeach him, not tackle him down. But george bush really isn't as dumb as you all think he is... he makes it look like it is his idiosy that makes him a bad president, but rather it's his evil intentions for this country that makes him a bad pres. and we need to impeach him.
