I know there are clothes and belts that make fat people look thinner. But what about scrawny people like me who want to look bigger? Anything like shoulder pads or undershirts with fake muscles that can make me look more built? What store or website can I find these?

The good thing, if you are skinny and do some weight-lifting, even a little bit of muscle will look quite impressive, and being skinny really shows off muscle.

I would forget about the clothes, and actually get built!

I also think it looks quite sexy when a skinny person wears tight clothes that flaunt their skinniness.

if you have gained a few pounds dont feel bad! There are clothes out there for evryone! If you dont want to look heavy the best thing to wear is a dress. Yes a dress! A nice dress that pinches above the waist hides whatever there is to hide. So you don't see what some women say "your jelly belly" Heavy fur coats and horizantal stiripes make you appear bigger. Even if you aren't.

whatever you do, do not listen to people who tell you to wear big clothes. Wear your size to look your best. DO NOT cover yourself up with giant sweats.

That said, here are tips...
1) layers, such as a sweater over a collared shirt with a jacket over top. MAKE SURE THEY'RE YOUR SIZE.

2) heavy or thick or textured fabrics. think suede, velvet, cashmere, wool, corduroy, etc. as opposed to flimsy and thin cotton or jersey.

3) posture. stand tall and proud: let that be the focus

4) Learn to be comfortable in your skin, not fake muscles or shoulders.

5) Go to a store with professionals on staff who are there for exactly your kind of question and ask for help (you will benefit from their advice and assistance and they will benefit from the commission they earn when you cash out). Places like Marshall Fields, specailty men's stores, Banana Republic, any place that employees well-dressed men will be a good bet. Go to the mall and look around in the stores for people who are working that have your build and look good in their duds. Ask them for help....

Enjoy it and I hope that helped

again, big, over-sized shirts are NOT the answer

For women, Victoria Secret sells "bra-tops" you can wear an underwirebra with. There are also fake boob inserts you can wear inside of a bra.

I would layer your clothes and get low rise jeans to accentuate your best features.
