The above suggestions are good. Arby's also has some possiblilities. They have low carb wraps that are really good. I suggest the Santa Fe Chicken Wrap. If you don't want a wrap their Market Fresh sandwiches come on wheat bread that is yummy and grainy. They're salads are the best in fast food (my pick is the Martha Vineyard's Chicken Salad). They also serve baked potatoes (if you aren't doing the low carb thing). Also there is chicken is all natural so a grilled chicken salad won't be filled with water and phosphates.

Here in the Chicago, Illinois area, we have Old Country Buffet. The food is pretty wholesome and tasty. I am not a soup or salad person. Guess what? They put their "virtual foot" into those specialities. I can't stop eating their salads and their most delightful soups. They must have kidnapped someone with a replicator from the Star Trek series. Cuz man, they sure are the most lovely flavors that my tastebuds have experienced in a long, long time. Remember this, If God be for us, who can be against us?" - Romans 8:31. Peace and God Bless.

i don't believe they try to make us fats yet they are truly contributing to it, they purchase such large quantities of nutrition at ridiculous expenses ( frequently forcing vendors into contracts that bankrupts them ) they could then promote wide parts, an previous asserting from a chef says, eat fats and be fats, that announces all of it. even as human beings eat, they eat what's on the plate and are satisfied, if the plate has an more beneficial 20% on the plate and they're going to eat that. quickly nutrition businesses have plenty to respond to for, some youngsters have not in any respect had a suitable homestead cooked meal,

I'd suggest going to the websites of the areas you are going and checking on some local favorites. Most places have some kind of salad, watch what dressings you get though some are loaded with more fat than a whopper.

Not sure but I love Quizno's...that new chopped cobb salad is delicious. I also like Subway, which is pretty healthy. Panera Bread Co. isnt really fast food but it's good too.

Anywhere you go will have salads. McDonalds as well as Sonic have chicken wraps(made with tortillas) they are really good. Subway, of course, Taco Bell has a really good ranchero soft taco. Long John Silvers, you can get the fish or shrimp and instead of french fries get the mashed pot. Arby's has good sandwiches, like the turkey and swiss.
