You need to talk to your doctor before starting any exercises. Especially yoga because you should never do any exercises that make you lay on your back during pregnancy

My sister did Yoga every single day through both of her pregnancies and she stayed unbelievably fit through it all and on top of that, her deliveries went very smoothly, with no meds required. I did Pilates, not advanced, which helped keep the muscles fit 'down there'. In retrospect, I would have rather done the Yoga like my sister. I think it kept her focused and relaxed.
Good luck, it will go fast, you're already more than halfway through, you'll do just fine.

When my wife was pregnant, the doctor told her to keep doing the things she usually did prior to pregnancy, because her muscles were already toned to those types of activity. At 8 months or so, she slowed down a little, but her labor was relatively easy, according to the doctor. To me, well, I'm glad I'm a guy.

Depends on how active you were before the pregnancy. Walking and swimming are fairly safe along with videos for yoga during your pregnancy, check with you OB first before beginning any exercise regimen.

When I ws pregnant, my doctor told me to walk all the time. He said it will help
with the birth when the time comes. So I walked a lot. Check with your doctor's office before you do anything. Everyone is different and your docotr may not want you to walk
