Hang in there. Try going for long walk, reading a book, go out for dinner with your girlfriends, or something else you enjoy and might help take your mind off of all the stress. Pre-partum depression is a serious illness that doesnt get a lot of attention. Talk to your healthcare provider. I spent some time crying and stressing before my first. I remeber thinking, my God I cant do this, I have no idea what I am doing. It subsides and you realize how wonderful it all is. Try talking to your BF too. Tell him how you dont feel sexy anymore (many men find their pregnant mates VERY sexy they just feel weird about it) and see if he will help ot with some of things stressing you. Go buy a new outfit or get get your done do something for YOU. Hope this helps

I'm going to say that I doubt you're girlfriend is pregnant, since she is on birth control. The back pain in her upper back and neck aren't the type of back pain most pregnant women experience. It sounds like she's got a compressed vertebrae. The back pain of early pregnancy should never be excruciating. If she knows when to expect her period, wait until then, and if it doesn't show up then take another test a few days after it is late. Good luck!

you arent sexy, you are a mother in waiting, really you shouldnt worry about sex at this point, think about the baby. You dont need to do anything for your boyfriend, hes not a child. why dont you talk to a doctor about all of this, dont talk to other women about childbirth, every single person is different, i had a hard time, my daughter breezed through hers like she was having her hair done. you are making yourself sick with worry, you should have kept your legs crossed until you were married, then it would be your husband not some boyfriend who would be responsible for taking care of you and the child, you got yourself into this situation and now you have to deal, only a few million of us have done it before. for heavens sake talk to a doctor, ask him questions till hes blue in the face, ofcourse you are depressed, your hormones are going nuts. calm down, talk to professionals, eat right , and if your boyfriend isnt helpful tell him he can take a hike, there are a few million men out there.

Please be patient i know it seems as though you will never get it over with but you will. all of these things you are feeling are totally normal and happen to a lot of women in their pregnacies. Of course you do not feel pretty you are huge and uncomfortable and PREGNANT.... its no wonder! lol but there is no reason to worry because there is nothing at all you can do to prevent labor it will happen just relax and talk to someone. please tell you doctor and if you fell uncomfortable talking to them than find a pregnancy center they will help you choose options for your labor and help relieve some of this stress you are feeling

It sucks, but hang in there. Just try to get some rest now because once that baby is born you will not get any sleep for at least a couple months.

Talk to your doctor about it - soon! If you are depressed, there are meds you can take while pregnant, and if it is stress, the doc can refer you to people who can help, even if you just need to talk. Dont waste time waiting for these emotions to go away on their own.

Sounds pretty normal to me, between the hormones and everything else you have to deal with, pregnancy can be pretty crappy. Just keep thinking about the terrific baby you're going to have.

It's probably just your hormones. But if things get worse you might want to talk to your doctor.
