Count to ten. You must realize that is something small happends and its not the way you wish it so, its not the end of the world. Just try to relax. When you feel like your becomming excited or anctious, take deep breaths. Humm a tune if you have to. You have to learn to calm down. Learning to have patients takes time, and dealing with time take patients... It is becoms serious, ask you doctor about medication. Personally I think they are all placebos... Take small steps and count to ten.

Impulse control will be more difficult to control if it is serving a purpose in your life. Maybe it would be helpful to role play the types of situations when you find yourself frustrated, and strive for a balance in your response. You take control of the situation-don't let the impulse control you.. good luck!

Before entering an area that could cause any impulsiveness, simple take four deep breaths, just like preparing for a speech.

In a unprepared moments, excuse your self for a bathroom check.
