can you be a little specific? I know you probably can't, because all you can do is make general accusations like a good little liberal.
Make a specific accusation, so I can shoot you down once again.

This is hardly a question. It is little more than a wild generalization. If you have something particular in mind, why not ask that? What good is there in trading insults? I am sick and tired of people bashing either party; I do not indentify with either party. Both have many sins to confess, and neither are doing so. Someone else as bigoted as you might ask "are Democrats born without a social conscience?" and I would answer them the same way. Insults and slander bring heat without any common sense or light.

As a matter of fact, once upon a time Republicans did have a social conscience. Years came and went. The famous Republican leader, William McIntyre McSweeney, (God Rest His Soul) said" Fellow Republicans, in order to communicate with our Yellow Dog Democrat Brothers we are going to have to digress to their level of thinking." In the process all excellence was lost. The result being, we now can not trust either.

Most republicans and conservatives are trying to uphold the Constitution. They just have different values than the opposite end of the political spectrum.
In the Preamble to the Constitution, there are five goals (values) of the US government: "establish Justice, to ensure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common Defense, to promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty"
Conservatives think the most important are "to ensure domestic Tranquility" (meaning to promote conformity with 'traditional' ways) and to "provide for the Common Defense". Conservative Republicans want group rights (conformity with 'traditional' values) and a large government to ensure domestic tranquility (by enforcing those conservative majority beliefs). Moderate Republicans (originally called fiscal conservatives) want a small government, just large enough to provide for the common Defense.
Liberals think it's more important to "promote the general Welfare, and ensure the blessings of Liberty". For that reason, they tend to favor larger government, to provide for more people.
Just because they value different things does nor make Republicans inherently wrong. Nor should any entire party be blamed for the irrational actions of a few fundamentalists.

Good question. It seems to me that republicans use their political foundation as an excuse to be narrow-minded, judgemental, intolerant people (to the most part) and the worst of it all, is that most do it in the name of God. God is love and what they condemn and judge and intolerate, they do to uphold the constitution? Wrong answer dude. The forefathers set down this amendment so that it was broad minded and would incorporate all groups in the future. They did not know how our country would evolve and develop, so they set guidelines in order to incompass all people in an ever changing enviornment. The mere fact that republicans want to change this, in my opinion, shows their increasing contempt for what they don't understand. Sorry, if I have offended anyone. (no, actually I'm not; I'm offended by your republican view points and actions, actually, I'm down right disgusted) Thanks dude for posing the question. I can't wait to check back in for more answers.

I thought it was libs that had no conscience.
The Liberal Agenda
•attack American traditions, specifically Christian traditions and the traditional American family
•engage in "get-even" policies that support discrimination when it benefits historically disadvantaged groups
•punish and/or discourage achievement through taxation and fiscal policies
•use the rulings of the Judicial branch of the government as de facto law, irrevocable by anything short of Constitutional amendment or a future court ruling, thus bypassing the legislative process. Roe V. Wade is the most frequently cited example of "judicial activism". (48 million dead and counting)
•weaken the military strength and morale of the country by vilifying the practice of armed combat and hesitating to use force when it appears necessary
•use regulatory bodies over private enterprise to accomplish social goals and restrict competition (government, education, labor)
•establish secular and progressive social policy, including support for gay marriage, abortion, liberal drug policy, euthanasia and prostitution legalization.
•implement a foreign policy supporting the protection of human rights and multiculturalism through activism, social intervention and violence (social anarchism).

Absolutely-born with no conscience at all. Democrats, on the other hand, are born hard-wired to become sissy liberals.
Weren't you the sissy boy I smacked in the 1st Grade?
