I don't actually have cable, so I can't watch these channels on a regular basis. When I'm at my parents house, I like to let my daughter watch a few cartoons on the Disney Channel. I watched Nickolodian as a kid. ABC Family looks like a good station for kids and adults. As much as I can remember, Cartoon Network wasn't designed for kids in particular. I think there's a few shows on there that I'd never let my daughter watch at a young age. You've got to be careful when it comes to children's programming. We just have the basic 7 channels at my house (CBS, NBC, PBS, FOX, ABC, UPN, PAX) and my daughter watches PBS because I know it's going to be quality, educational programming. It's nice not having to worry....or pay the cable bill... :o)

I watch the disney channel when nothing else is on and I'm 16 going on 17...I like when they have new movies...like Cheeta Gurls..and the Sister Sister show...I dont watch nickelodean like that only the lil Romeo show sometimes of when they have the kids choice awards...I also watch like BET,MTV,Discovery channel,Entertainment (E)...I like watching celeb bios...and stuff about ppl getting off of drugs also Oprah...stuff like that...

eh I watch history channel and discovery.
it's really funny to catch pokemon playing while im flipping through channels though, brings me back to the good ol' days
