I'd rather have a smaller less expensive diamond set in a silver band (silver is my favorite) with something loving inscripted on the band so that it would be a symbol of our love and that would mean more to me than anexpensive diamond. Then I would like a two week romantic getaway somewhere we both would enjoy and save the other two weeks for after we were married some time and were in need of another getaway so that this could become a little tradition of ours from time to time and would mean more because it would give us something to look forward to and provide us with many memories and stories to tell.

I would take the ring because since you are getting married you will be traveling on vacation no matter what. The ring is your symbol of love between the two of you and a 1 month trip you can get anytime. Just take both!!! The ring does not have to be costly and the vacation does not have to last a month long. Compromise

Sorry, but my first instinct is the large expensice diamond ring... but after thinking about it, Memories last forever, diamonds can get lost or stolen.. nobody can steal a good past time away from you.
I choose a nice ring, but not too expensive and a nice vacation. You can always upgrade later if you want!

oh who cares about the diamond ring it's just a symbol anyway... But the trip would be an experience of a lifetime....And i don't really mind a fake diamond ring if it looks that realistic since the function of a diamond ring is just for decorative purposes...

Life comes at you too fast and who knows when you might ever get a chance to have a great vacation..and for a whole month??!! Take the fake ring, who cares if it comes from a cracker jack box...see the world!

Uh hello! The diamond. Diamonds are forever or some **** like that. No one wants a fake diamond on their hand. Plus you can go on many different trips through out your marriage.

Screw the rings. An awsome vacation to Greece would suit my fancy. No need for a ring, I would know you love me. But if you insisted just a plain gold band would do nothing flashy.

A simple ring will do...the price of the ring doesn't matter to me...what matters most is his love and sincerity to you. Spending our time together for one month...just the two of us...wow...the memories that we'll be having during our vacation...I will treasure that for the rest of my life...and even if I die the following day..at least I was able live my life to the fullest.
