Could be a cyst ... worth getting checked.

It could be fatty deposits....i had the same thing you have , and that's what the doctor told me i had.to ...just keep and eye on it so it won't grow ..good luck..

could be a sist maybe i had one wen i was liler it went away but my mom said it was all rolly lol
