Sasuke comes back with Orochimaru.They eat everyone for dinner.Just joking!Sasuke leaves Konoha,after Sakura cries and says she loves him,and Naruto battles him.He still leaves.Then Naruto goes on a few missions to save him,including a scent bug that could track Sasuke down.But all missions fail.Orochimaru plans to posses Sasuke and use him in 3 years,since his jutsu to take over people comes every 3 to 4 years.Hope I can help!I know,big spoiler right!?

LOL you wouldn't believe how may Naruto questions I came upon today.
Well,we don't know if he's gonna or not.The latest manga chapter came out and that was when Naruto came back from his three years training with Jaraiya.Then,he finds Sasuke and tells him to come back to Konoha with him,but Sasuke refused to.
I'm sure he will come back sooner or later.

No i don't think he will, he is still with Orochimaru in the manga. He still wants to train with Orochimaru even if he has to give his body up to Orochimaru he will inorder to kill Itachi.
