I'm thinking about starting an at-home-daycare, but not sure if I need a license or not.

when I say license, I mean a daycare license, not just a biseness license (which I am, of course, getting)

You need a license for anything that makes you money...so the teenage girls babysitting need a license...but its not like the government is going to hunt them down or anything
