Do the low carb. Eat all the steak, egg, cheese, lunch meat, meatballs, ect. Chef Salad. I used to weight 260 and I went down to 165. I'm a 23 year old male. Lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks. Trick is-eat until you are full-but don't overeat. If you undereat, your metabolism slows down and you won't loose weight as fast. Just limit 30 carbs a day or less.

Well i went to some camp for 1 week with their ::special diet:: and guess what? I LOST 5 POUNDS!!!!!!
The trick is to eat disgusting food so you don't want seconds. But occupy yourself so you don't have time to get snacks
have an early breakfast
lunch at noon
dinner at 5
and at 9, have a light snack
that did the trick for me (even though i didn't want to lose those 5 pounds)

drink lemon juice every day in the morning before you eat anything. drink the portion of 3 to 4 lemons(green lemons)

Eat smaller portions of good food. Although exercise is helpful it does not burn off as many calories as you would think.
