Read her a story, give her some warm milk (if ur not worried about the bed sheets). Bore her to sleep.
OR the fun and kinda awkward alternative is Play with her and have crazy wild fun until she is so wiped , she makes herself go to sleep

You're not going to for a while. Let her get calmed down before putting her to bed. Make sure she gets exercise during the day to tire her out. don't let her have very much food with lots of sugar in it, especially not long before her bedtime.
I don't know how old you are or if you are from this country, but I would assume you may be around 10 or thereabouts. Work on your spelling and grammar. I take it that your word "Aain" means "again." Other than that, you did well.
Good luck with your sister!

Get her into a nightly routine. Brush your teeth now, lets read a story, kiss teddy bear goodnight... Then you need to go to bed too or at least play like you are and go to another part of the house and be real quiet so she won't want to get back up to see what you are doing. You know you might be having fun that she is missing out on if she goes to sleep.

Also, kinda like with having a dog, it helps to play something really tiring like chase to wear the kid out and make them fall asleep despite themselves.

She's only 2. This is normal behavior for a 2 yr old child. You were very wrong to spank her. You should try to lay down with her until she falls asleep.

i have a 3 yr old too and i know what you mean. i give her a bath and rub her with this bedtime lotion ( anything with lavender in it) i rub her arms, her legs then i have her lay on her stomach and rub her back and that helps her to get relaxed before bed and it really does help relax them. then i read her a bedtime story . i always read her a story, but she still got up until a friend told me about the lotion and it has worked for me about 6 months now. you also have to be firm and let her know that she has to listen to you. where is your mom? good luck. seriously try the lotion. dont listen to the response of locking her in so she cant get out that will only tramatize her.do what you wish but that is cruel!!!

spank her (not too hard, but hard enough to let her know you mean business) then put her firmly in bed, pull the covers over her, say "good night" in a stern voice, turn the lights off and close the door. then listen to her crying for a few seconds and if it sounds like she is going to get out of bed again open the door and remind her you will spank her again if she gets out again.

Make sure she has already had her bath.Maybe she doesn't want to be in the bed by herself.Sit with her and read a book in here bedroom untill she falls asleep. If that doesnt work sit her in your lap and let her watch tv with you(not anything scary or rated-r) Or she may be hungry. Its hard to fall asleep on an empty stomach.

hold her hands make sure she is right lookin at u.
tell her she has to go to sleep and there is no other way!!!
then put her in the bed and then close the door!(luck it)
if she gets up she'd have no way to get out,and then she'd fool around in the room and then get tired and go 2 bed!!!!!!!!
easy.
ps.i have a lil sis 2.the way works 4 me

Try activities during the day that will wear her out, going for walks, running around outside, trips to park. Develop a night time routine that she gets comfortable with and will signal her that it is bed time. Try reading her a story.
