Try large outdoor flea markets. I think they sell them illegally, but they sure are cute. They usually sell them as babies, and I think they were from the wild. It is ashame they were taken, but it is too late to return them now, so they need care.

I raise and breed Eastern Box Turtles, I have 7 babies for sale right now, they will be a year old in October, very beautiful and will have alot of color still unsure about the sex of them, they are not old enough yet...
