dynasty tactic 2 unlock all scenerios?

how do you open / unlock the scenerios?
I can get some but not all. I'm missing cao cao's first and Liu Bei's 3rd and 4th. Any help to figure it out would be great.

You have to play all scenarios and in them answer the questions different each time.
