Everyone grieves differently. Sometimes it takes time alot of time and sometimes just a little but you do what you need to to deal with this tragedy. Do not feel guilty about grieving.

Its normal to cry and be sad about those types of things. Some people cy their whole lives over things like that. now thats not normal. in that case, they could need come counsiling to get past it and not make their death a part of your daily life. You should be able to be happy and not cry but have sympathy for the situation...

My brother has been gone for 5 years now and its still painful to think and even talk about. I understand how you feel, but trust me when I say things will get easier. My brothers death was a complete shock so it took a while for all of us to get a grip on things like why it happened and what we could have done to prevent it. ( He commited suicide) It was not easy but things will get better hun with time.
(If you would like to talk you are more then welcome to email me)

yes, it is, honey. you lost a loved on so it's just normal. i lost a boyfriend from a car accident just 6 months ago. i didn't go out for 3 months. i locked myself between the corners of my room. but webdate has changed my perspective. although i don't date guys there, i have friends who make me smile everytime we get to chat.

time is relative. days can slip by and seem to take for ever, or they can all blur into one giant day. it is perfectly normal to still be grieving for the loss of a loved one.
