Depends on where you are, as long as you don't go to court on the matter, then it's going to just be dissolved. That's money and time lost even if you change your mind later on in the relationship. Believe me, if it got to this point where it was filed, then things are only going to be OK until they make sure the divorce is off the plate. Then you will have to be punished for going that far and live in misery again until you do that again. That is if you are here and able to file an go through with it till finished, which is taking a chance.

yes, but YOU the person asking for the divorce must buy the paperwork for it to be withdrawn. start at court assistance, they may be able to direct you where to go.
