It is not clear whether you want to t alk to somebody who had been himself through a bad phase or it is you who had and want a solace. Since bad is a relative term I am quite prepared to talk. I have sent a e-mail to dinawinna@yahoo.com However, my experience with such reuests is not very encouraging. Either the e-mail IDturns out to be a spam or just does not respond. I hope at least you are genuine.

I suggest you try a chat room or message boards, not Yahoo Answers, that's not what this forum is for.
For all those who commented on the "mean" people, it's not mean to point out that this is not the best place for this kind of thing, just check out the community guidelines if you are confused!

You should go see a psychiatrist. Sometimes people feel like they've been tricked but cannot find a way out. Seeing a doctor will help tremendously and I would highly recommend you seeing a doc. Remember not your family doctor, but a psychiatrist! NOW

I'm sorry - people can be real jerks. Although it sucks to go through it, I believe that we learn a lot more from the really bad experiences than we do the good. Hang in there and be strong!

t i have been through alot hard times in my life i take one day at a time when i feel i cant deal with the problem in my life on that day i go for a walk at the lake and look out at the water it is very soothing take one day at a time believe me everyone has problems some worse then others
