Does anyone know of a program in Canada that offers a combined ba/md program for mature students. Or any programs in usa, i researched but all of them are for high school students none for mature students. I am 25 right now and trying to find a program like ba/md which is guranteed med school. Unlike wheru have to apply for one and wait if u'll get in or not. Please share your info . Thankyou

In Ontario, you can enroll for BSc and continue on into the MD program on graduation (I think you have to make the application and it is not automatic). There was an option to take Premed which was part of the MD program but I believe that has been discontinued. There is no problem with age as long as you have the entrance requirements. At a minimum that would be high school graduation with senior year courses in biology, chemistry, maths, English and possibly physics. If you are going to take the program in Ontario, check the web sites for McMaster, Queens, Western Ontario and Toronto. Other provinces and states are also going to have good programs.
